NextLevelDevs is a web and app development business based in Auckland, New Zealand. Questions about this policy or your information can go to hello@nextleveldevs.co.nz at any time.

Our senior leaders work in the Auckland software industry today — in senior roles at a market-leading financial investment company and an S&P 500 global veterinary software company. We bring that experience, and the standards those organisations expect, straight into every app we build.

This website has no accounts and no database. The only personal information we collect comes from the contact form:

• Your name and email address, so we can reply
• The project type and (optionally) budget band you select
• The message you write us
• Your IP address, kept briefly in memory solely to rate-limit the form against spam

To answer your enquiry — nothing else. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to anything, and we don't add enquiry email addresses to marketing lists.

Form submissions are emailed to our shared inbox (hello@nextleveldevs.co.nz) through an email delivery provider (Resend, United States) and arrive in a mailbox hosted by our email provider. The website itself is hosted on cloud infrastructure in Sydney, Australia, with DNS and bot protection through Cloudflare's global network.

The contact form is protected by a Cloudflare Turnstile security check, which processes interaction data with the widget to distinguish humans from bots.

Enquiry emails stay in the shared inbox for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting project, after which they're deleted. Rate-limit records live in memory only and disappear on restart. There is no long-term database of form submissions.

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@nextleveldevs.co.nz and we'll sort it promptly.

If we change how the website handles personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top of it.
